In Maxlum DL when using the Optec focuser there is a box labeled "Absolute". I don't see anything that says what that means or what the setting should be for the Optec TCF-S focusr. What does that mean and what option should I select?

This option is used to select whether the focuser uses absolute positioning or relative positioning when the focuser executes a move. Absolute focuser's are always aware of their exact position and can move to an absolute position. For example, MoveToPosition(527). Relative focuser's are not aware of their current position, but rather rely on the computers driver to keep track of where they are. Relative focuser's can be told to "Move x number of steps from where you are now"

As far as the Optec TCF-S focuser's are concerned, select Absolute positioning.
